  • I'm an International Student, what should I take to University?

    When moving to the UK from overseas you will need to take your personal essentials, and the rest you can purchase here in the UK. Bring your favorite raincoat, because you never know when it might come in handy in the UK!

  • What size bedding do I need?

    Most UK university beds are Single, 3/4 or Double size. You can speak to your University accomodation and ask them what size beds your room has. We offer bedding in all sizes, so no matter what, we'll have you covered.

  • How do I know what kitchen equipment is suitable?

    We've designed our Student Starter Kits to be suitable for any kitchen set-up. All dinnerware, utensils and extras like baking trays are made to be used in any kitchen. You will need to check with your University if your kitchen cooker is gas, electric, glass or induction. If you have an induction cooker, The Premium & Deluxe Kits include pots and pans suitable for induction hobs.

  • Can I get my order delivered pre-arrival without me being there?

    Absolutely! We work with over 300 Universities & Private Providers in the UK, so whereas you couldn't usually get things delivered pre-arrival, we co-ordinate with your campus to ensure everything is delivered safetly.
