For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, orders must placed before 12pm, please allow up to to 5 Working Days in advance of your required date to ensure successful delivery. Any orders placed after this time may result in a delay in your delivery.

Note: Orders to Ireland are subject to Customs Duties which are paid directly to the Shipping Provider.

General Delivery information

We deliver Monday-Friday and can either deliver direct to your accommodation or to any address in the UK (You can choose in the checkout to deliver to a partner or a private address). Our website allows you to select a delivery date in the future, so we would encourage you to place your order as soon as you book your room, then it’s one less thing to worry about and we will keep your order safe until you need it! (Plus, you get to guarantee a delivery date to avoid disappointment) If you will be arriving on a weekend, please select the Friday before. For deliveries to Ireland & the Scottish Highlands please allow 3 working days.


All of our packages are sent on a signed for service, therefore someone will need to sign for it. If you are staying with one of our partner accommodations then they will accept your package on your behalf, if you are not staying in one of our partner’s halls of residence then you will need to check that they are able to accept your package. If you have requested delivery to a private house, then you will need to ensure that someone in to sign for the package.


Custom Orders/Boxes:

Custom Boxes are sometimes delivered in multiple boxes/parcels due to the flexibility our customisation feature offers and the different dimensions of the items.

 

I don't know my Address or Date yet:

If you don't know your delivery date or address just yet, please select a delivery date far in the future and contact us as soon as you know your delivery date - at least 48h Monday to Friday before you wish to take the delivery. Email sales@unikitout.com or use the live chat on this page.

 

Change of Address OR Date:

You can change your delivery address at any time (3 days before the shipment) in case you don't know your address or date just yet - no extra charge. Contact us via the live chat or email sales@unikitout.com with your details.


Northern Ireland & other special areas within the UK:

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free delivery for the following areas:

Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland.

We offer a 1-2 Shipping at the checkout for £8. Shipping to those areas is very pricey and even with the £8 delivery fee we are making a loss here - we hope for your understanding!

Returns

We want to make sure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day free returns window.

  • Step 1: Call us or write an email to sales@unikitout.com
  • Step 2: We send you the returns label
  • Step 3: Pack everything into a box large enough for the pack
  • Step 4: Make sure it’s packed extra safe so it can’t be damaged on the way back to the warehouse (we suggest holding onto the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it).

Please note that we can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. In addition, we are unable to refund any extra delivery fees that have been paid eg. for deliveries to Northern Ireland. Deliveries to mainland UK are free of charge and are not affected.

We offer a 100% Money back guarantee for faults reported within three months of delivery. No goods are to be returned without first speaking to our sales desk. Goods which are used, washed or made to order are non-refundable. When returning products, you are under a duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged in transit. We, therefore, recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when you are returning a product. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us or for the use of the collection service unless there is a fault. Faulty goods supplied will be collected. They will then be credited or replaced, subject to goods being inspected by our Quality Control team


Refunds

There’s no hidden extra costs for returning your goods within this time window - we promise!

  • Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 3 days of us receiving your returned items.
  • If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 3 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7 working days.
  • Paypal can take up to 2 working days
  • If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a little longer.

SHORTAGE / DAMAGE / NON-DELIVERY

Nearer to delivery, we send out a tracking email with instructions on your delivery. As you have access to your code. Please check your emails the morning of dispatch for the tracking information & If you need any further assistance please feel free to email us at sales@unikitout.com
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery of any shortage or damage to goods. Otherwise, neither carrier nor ourselves can accept responsibility for loss or damage.
